Hawkinson Nissan partnered with TEXT2DRIVE to solve the challenge of distributing dealership coupons efficiently and cost-effectively. Traditional printed coupons were time-consuming to produce and mail, and email offers often got ignored or lost in spam, making it harder to reach customers with timely promotions.

Using TEXT2DRIVE’s TEXTcoupons, Hawkinson Nissan replaced physical coupons with offers sent directly to customers by text message. Over the 9-month period from February to October 2018, the campaign generated 2,399 coupon requests, 998 redemptions, a 60% increase in RO redemptions, and $168,248 in additional revenue for Hawkinson Nissan.
