Caesars Entertainment was facing the growing challenge of reviewing massive volumes of e-discovery documents for responsiveness and privilege under tight timelines. To improve accuracy and reduce the burden on human reviewers, the company piloted Text IQ’s AI-powered sensitive information platform alongside its existing review process.

Using Text IQ, Caesars Entertainment was able to identify privileged documents with a 1:1 correlation to human review, while also surfacing 600 additional privileged documents. In a separate first-pass responsiveness pilot, Text IQ removed 50% of non-responsive documents, significantly reducing attorney review time and costs.
