Foley & Lardner worked with Text IQ on a second request in a Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) antitrust matter that required reviewing a very large document population, identifying privileged and non-privileged materials, and preparing a privilege log under tight deadlines. The firm needed to speed review while meeting the government’s stringent production requirements.

Text IQ used its AI-powered Sensitive Information platform to apply search terms, predict non-privileged documents, score privilege risk, prioritize review workflows, and automate much of the privilege log. The result was 46% fewer documents to review, 2,037 hours saved, a 30% speed gain on the second batch, 805 hours saved through triaged review, and 554 hours saved by automating 80% of the privilege log.
