People to People - Customer Case Study

People to People provides an opportunity for delegations of students to spend their summer as foreign ambassadors. Delegation leaders, who are all volunteer teachers, need to be able to easily update their students prior to departure with deadlines and reminders about tasks needing to be completed. Once the delegation has embarked on their journey, leaders are able to use Call-Em-All to phone updates to parents regarding safe arrival.
