AKAM Living Services manages over 150 multi-residential properties housing more than 100,000 residents and is responsible for timely communications to owners and tenants. Relying on direct mail left the company too slow for urgent, time-sensitive notices and created staffing and facility cost pressures.
In 2007 AKAM added Call-Em-All’s automated voice messaging to supplement written notices, enabling staff to record one message and reach thousands of residents instantly and to target calls by property. The service significantly reduced manual calling time, improved speed and accuracy of urgent communications, and led clients and building managers to encourage resident sign-ups so messages are delivered directly and reliably.
