Case Study: Animalz achieves a searchable, company-wide wiki and streamlined onboarding with Tettra

A Tettra Case Study

Preview of the Animalz Case Study

How a Fully Remote Startup Built the Brains of their Company

Animalz, a fully remote marketing agency initially with about 20 employees, struggled to use Quip as a single source of truth: search was poor, documents were cluttered with comments, and employees couldn’t easily find or finalize knowledge. To solve this, Animalz selected Tettra as their small business wiki and internal knowledge base.

Tettra helped by mass-uploading Animalz’s existing docs, providing a Slack-integrated searchable wiki, and enabling a lightweight category structure and templates that Julia Melymbrose used to organize content and drive company-wide contribution. The result: improved findability and async communication, a one-stop onboarding handbook, and a living wiki that grew to more than 10 categories (supporting the company as it scaled to 50+ employees) — all powered by Tettra.
