RCSI Faculty of Dentistry delivers exams to 5,600 candidates in 40+ countries with TestReach

The Faculty of Dentistry at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI) faced the challenge of delivering its high-stakes postgraduate dental exams globally during the Covid-19 pandemic and Brexit. Their traditional, in-person exam model, which required extensive travel for both staff and candidates, was no longer viable. To continue its mission, RCSI partnered with vendor TestReach to implement its online assessment platform with remote invigilation.

This resulted in a dramatic expansion of RCSI's reach, with over 5,600 candidates from more than 40 countries taking exams, 98% of them via the TestReach platform. The solution significantly reduced administrative burdens, provided faster results for candidates, and ensured the financial stability of the faculty during a critical period.
