The Nautical Institute, the international professional body for maritime officers that manages many thousands of exams annually across around 100 international training centres, needed a reliable, technically sophisticated way to move from paper-based testing to secure online delivery worldwide. They sought a solution that could run exams at scale across all time zones, support a distributor model so remote centres could administer local candidates, and integrate securely with their CRM — and selected TestReach’s cloud-based assessment platform.
TestReach was implemented to author, deliver and report on exams securely, allowing local test centres to create events and enroll candidates while The Nautical Institute HQ retained control of question banks and analytics; results are passed back to the Institute’s CRM via integration.
