Case Study: PWR Racing Team achieves faster, more reliable knowledge assessments with Testportal

PWR Racing Team streamlines knowledge assessments for 70 members with Testportal

The PWR Racing Team, a strategic science club from Wrocław University of Science and Technology, builds racing cars for Formula Student competitions. Their challenge was ensuring all 70 interdisciplinary team members possessed the deep, up-to-date technical knowledge required by strict competition regulations, as failure in assessments could lead to disqualification. They needed a robust system for periodic knowledge evaluations to prevent errors in planning, design, and construction.

Testportal provided an online assessment solution that allowed department leaders to have their own sub-accounts under one subscription. This gave decision-makers a shared results database to oversee all operations, drastically reducing communication needs and saving time. Using Testportal enabled the team to constantly oversee the knowledge of all members, facilitating fast verification and contributing to their domestic and international success.
