Smartsheet, a rapidly growing workspace collaboration platform, faced a mounting accounts receivable challenge: more than 150,000 customers and thousands of invoices were being managed with spreadsheets, an inflexible ERP dunning process, limited staffing bandwidth, and little visibility into Salesforce data — all while trying to preserve a high-quality customer experience. To address this, Smartsheet selected Tesorio’s AR and collections platform.

Tesorio replaced spreadsheets and legacy dunning, synced AR with Salesforce, enabled customer‑segmented dynamic dunning and proactive outreach (e.g., notices six days after invoice and six days before due), and handled multi‑currency reporting. As a result, Smartsheet expanded outreach across ~11,000 open invoices, eliminated spreadsheet tracking of 150,000+ customers, increased collector productivity (collectors now spend 85% of their day in one system), and exceeded a recent quarterly cash goal by approximately $14 million — while unifying AR with customer care through Tesorio.
