A large manufacturing company required a roll-out of its parent company's SAP template to its other group companies and needed subsequent system maintenance. To meet this challenge, they partnered with Tesisquare for the SAP roll-out and to optimize factory processes.

Tesisquare executed the SAP template roll-out across all associated companies to automate flows and ensure full product traceability. Following the implementation, the company engaged Tesisquare's SAP AMS for outsourced maintenance. Tesisquare, together with a partner, also installed a Manufacturing Execution System (MES), integrating it with SAP and production machines to improve monitoring and optimize processes. The projects involved 4 companies, their 4 plants, and over 30 warehouses.
