CSIRO, Australia's national science agency, sought to establish a software backbone for its Billion Australian Dollar BioFoundry. The challenges included integrating high-throughput automation equipment with a laboratory information management system (LIMS), tracking samples and their states, and reducing the time and resources needed to identify candidate strains. They turned to TeselaGen to address these needs with its DESIGN and BUILD software modules.
