Meritor Saint-Étienne, a French plant that designs and manufactures axles and transmission components for road and off-road vehicles, wanted to strengthen its management structure and production control. To address issues like fragmented communication, paper-based processes, and difficult task follow-up, the company chose Tervene’s daily management system.
With Tervene, Meritor digitized Gemba walks, audits and inspections, meeting management, and corrective action tracking to improve escalation, collaboration, and prioritization across teams. The results included more than 1,000 Gemba walks completed, an average of two deviations or improvement opportunities identified per walk, and 94% of raised deviations resolved or adequately addressed, while also reducing information loss and administrative burden.
