Marquis Factories Remain Agile With a Daily Management System (DMS)

Marquis, a Quebec-based printing company with factories in Louiseville and Montmagny, needed a way to quickly deploy, communicate, and control new operational procedures during COVID-19. To help manage the disruption and keep operations running, Marquis used Tervene’s Daily Management System (DMS), including tools such as the Knowledge Center, Meeting Manager, and mobile app.

With Tervene, Marquis digitized internal procedures, organized hygiene and sanitation meetings, and enabled front-line managers to perform digital Gemba walks and remote follow-up. The solution gave managers daily visibility into factory activity, helped them monitor production and deviations against plan, and allowed the company to remain agile with a small and partially teleworking team while reopening just two days after shutdown.
