How Abipa Modernized its Management System and Organized Supervisors’ Routines with Tervene

Abipa, a parts assembly and machining company for the aeronautics industry, needed a better way to standardize daily management across its 24/7 plant. Supervisors were using scattered tools like Excel and paper to manage Gemba walks, audits, and follow-up actions, making routines inconsistent and limiting visibility. To address this, Abipa turned to Tervene.

With Tervene, Abipa digitized its daily management system using standardized Gemba walks, audits, QRQC, meeting structures, and action tracking in one platform. The results included more than 4,400 Gemba walks completed and over 96% of issues identified during those walks resolved or converted into tasks. Tervene also improved traceability, accelerated interdepartmental communication, and helped Abipa centralize supervisor routines and continuous improvement efforts.
