IPL Plastics partnered with Tervene to strengthen its daily management system and improve operational control across its factory. The company needed better standardization of recurring meetings, clearer communication between supervisors, and faster onboarding for new managers.

Tervene implemented its Daily Management System (DMS) to standardize shift handoffs, support Gemba Walks, and streamline problem tracking and resolution. After one year, IPL Plastics had solved more than 15,500 problems, completed over 4,000 Gemba Walks, and was identifying and solving about 300 problems per week, while reducing problem-solving time by 69%.
