Richard, the historic hand-tool manufacturer known for its quality and ergonomics, was facing several operational challenges: recurring daily production problems, supervisors being pulled into reactive firefighting, improvement projects that were getting forgotten, and poor communication across departments. To address these issues, A. Richard turned to Tervene and its connected Daily Management System, along with training to support better supervisor practices.

Tervene implemented multiple modules to help A. Richard improve gemba walks, prioritize improvement projects, manage individual and group tasks, prepare audits, and run more effective meetings. The goal was to improve active supervision, reduce waste, and ensure continuous follow-up on improvements.
