NorthStar Memorial Group, a privately held funeral, cremation and memorialization company, needed a custom-crafted sales award ring for its NorthStar Mariners Club to symbolize members’ ability to navigate the changing waters of their industry. They engaged Terryberry to design and manufacture the ring under a tight timeline.

Terryberry worked through multiple design revisions and delivered a high-quality custom award ring, helping guide the program launch. By the second year there were multiple repeat winners (diamond upgrades) and a significant number of new members, and the ten-year award ring program has become a very successful incentive initiative—results achieved with Terryberry’s design and production.
