La-Z-Boy, the international furniture manufacturer and retailer, partnered with Terryberry to address a need for a consistent, motivating sales incentive program. Terryberry designed and implemented La-Z-Boy’s President’s Club, PEAK Performance, a custom sales incentive program (including a web-based tracking platform and custom award packages) to reward top Gallery Sales Consultants and Designers and establish clear company-wide sales standards.
Terryberry delivered a custom web-based performance-tracking and communication platform, annual program reviews, a tailored awards package, and an engaging communications plan that drove the desired sales behaviors. As a result, PEAK Performance became a core part of La-Z-Boy’s culture: “Peak Qualifiers” have doubled over the last five years, the program contributed to consistent sales growth, and the program has endured as an annual tradition.
