Leading Infrastructure Service Provider - Customer Case Study

Terralogic worked with Backman Title, a Utah-based title services provider with more than 100 years of history and nine locations, to address the need for a more fault-tolerant virtualization model with less downtime. Their employees depended heavily on technology and data, and they wanted an environment that would be easier to upgrade and support.

Terralogic implemented server virtualization and SAN storage, desktop virtualization with single image management, and WAN configuration and support. The solution moved Backman Title from bare-metal servers with single points of failure to a highly fault-tolerant virtualized environment with centralized storage, simplified software updates through Citrix Provisioning Server, and improved office connectivity by replacing an expensive MPLS setup. This reduced downtime risk, centralized management, and made the infrastructure easier to maintain and scale.
