Terralogic worked with a Leading Telecom Service Provider to build an AI-based monitoring and decision-making solution for its LTE business. The customer needed a way to analyze large volumes of call data, categorize services, identify critical failure areas, and reduce risk across operations in North America and the UK.

Terralogic implemented anomaly detection using PCA, Isolation Forest, and Autoencoder models to distinguish good service from bad service, along with an LSTM model to forecast call volumes in real time. The solution was deployed with Kubernetes and OKD on NVIDIA GPUs and exposed through APIs and an AngularJS UI, enabling the customer to identify service issues within seconds and better plan resources based on future call-demand predictions.
