A Terragon Case Study
Access Bank, a leading Pan-African financial institution, sought to acquire new customers for its DiamondXtra USSD channel in Nigeria. To achieve this growth, the bank partnered with vendor Terragon and leveraged their Terragon Enterprise CDP to overcome the challenge of identifying and effectively targeting high-propensity users.
Terragon implemented a targeted SMS campaign using their CDP to create custom audiences and segment customer profiles. A machine learning model was then used to identify the profiles most likely to respond to the offer. Through this solution, Access Bank successfully acquired over 150,000 new customers at a cost per acquisition (CPA) of N200, generating over 110 million impressions for the campaign.
