ComEd successfully deployed customized inventory and installation applications using TerraGo Streetlights

ComEd, a unit of Exelon Corporation, needed to automate the inventory, installation, and commissioning of about 140,000 smart streetlights as part of its smart LED streetlights program. The company turned to TerraGo StreetlightOps applications to manage this large-scale rollout, improve public lighting reliability, and create efficiencies for municipalities.

TerraGo implemented customized inventory and installation apps built on its zero-code mobile framework and integrated with Itron’s SLV smart city platform. The solution delivered native iOS, Android, and web apps with configurable workflows, helping ComEd track chain-of-custody for smart streetlight nodes, streamline field operations, and accelerate commissioning and energy savings across the program.
