Citrus College, a California community college with as many as 700 international students, was managing its international program through files, Excel spreadsheets, and other manual paperwork in 2017. Citrus College chose Terra Dotta to automate international student services, with a cloud-based portal, real-time SEVIS processing, reporting tools, and integration with Banner by Ellucian and SEVIS. Terra Dotta was deployed in three months, and Citrus College went 100% paperless within six months; the college also reported international application yield and matriculation rate up nearly 100%, out-of-status incidents reduced by 1/2, and application processing time cut from weeks to hours.
