RAI Amsterdam, an international exhibition and conference organizer, faced the challenge of manually collecting and managing exhibitor content for its trade fair websites. This process was time-consuming and only active in the run-up to events, leaving the sites inactive afterwards. They partnered with Ternair to transform their exhibition websites into year-round community platforms.
Ternair implemented its Marketing Cloud solution to create a self-service "My" portal for exhibitors, which was linked to RAI's ERP system. This allowed exhibitors to manage their own content and generate leads directly. As a result, 65% of website content is now provided through self-service, significantly speeding up processes, reducing manual errors, and saving time for RAI Amsterdam.
