RAI Amsterdam, an international exhibition and conference organizer, faced the challenge of manually collecting and managing exhibitor content for its trade fair websites. Ternair implemented its Marketing Cloud solution to create a self-service "My" portal for exhibitors, which was linked to RAI's ERP system. This allowed exhibitors to manage their own content and generate leads directly. As a result, 65% of website content is now provided through self-service, significantly speeding up processes, reducing manual errors, and saving time for RAI Amsterdam.
