Ternair implemented a data-driven email template solution, likely part of its Marketing Cloud service, which automated the process. This dynamic template managed five language variants, 22 time zones, 230 different country URLs, and multiple membership status levels. The solution delivered a 90% time savings for KLM, allowing them to efficiently inform over 10 million readers worldwide about each new magazine issue.
