The customer, Mobility Capital Finance (MoCaFi), a digital banking platform, faced the challenge of creating a system to provide underbanked communities with access to banking resources and a form of municipal identification. MoCaFi engaged vendor Teravision Technologies to build this initiative using nearshore software development teams, starting with a pilot test in Detroit.

Teravision Technologies developed an HTTPS-based web portal for employee use and an administrative portal to manage the entire registration process. The technical solution was built to be scalable for future expansion.
