The bank needed to become more service‑oriented and to detect life events and changing financial needs so it could deliver timely, personalized interactions that keep customers engaged and reduce attrition.
Teradata applied its Business Value Framework, RACE rapid‑engagement approach and Art of Analytics—using Teradata technology and Aster Analytics to integrate multiple data sources and visualize spending patterns with the “Burning Leaf.” The work identified customer life events, enabled targeted next‑best offers, accelerated ROI on prioritized use cases, and delivered richer customer insights that improved upsell/cross‑sell, loyalty, retention and overall lifetime value—an approach that scales across industries.
