Flora, a 40+-year‑old UK nutrition and wellness brand known for promoting heart‑healthy living, needed to move beyond broad traditional advertising and deliver a sustained, personalised digital message to change consumer behaviour and generate sales opportunities. To achieve this, Flora partnered with Teradata Interactive to develop a targeted lead‑generation campaign focused on engaging health‑conscious consumers.
Teradata used data‑driven segmentation, individualized email and web creative, subject‑line testing, a microsite for a 21‑day healthy‑living challenge, and performance‑based optimization (including lookalike targeting and ongoing creative tweaks). The campaign reached more than 2.5 million profiles, drove 600,000+ unique views and 162,000+ clicks (41% click‑to‑open), converted over 17% of click‑throughs, and produced more than 27,000 registrations in two months while improving acquisition efficiency and brand engagement.
