NONA is a carbon-neutral restaurant group based in Brussels with three locations (two pizzerias and one pasta place) whose mission is to spotlight local, sustainable suppliers. They struggled with fragmented, time-consuming reporting—managers had to log into Lightspeed and copy data into spreadsheets and couldn’t easily compare sites—so they engaged Tenzo for an integrated analytics and reporting solution.

Tenzo implemented its platform with integrations to Strobbo, Lightspeed and Apicbase, delivering consolidated web and mobile reporting, automated morning emails, a sales module and a logbook for shift-level feedback.
