Regent Systems, a Dayton-based mid-sized government IT consulting firm with a largely mobile workforce of more than 150 consultants, faced growing pain from an antiquated in-house time and billing system that relied on manual entries and spreadsheets. The solution saved at least 20 hours per week, eliminated a planned accounting hire, improved real-time budget vs. hours tracking and audit readiness, and freed finance staff to focus on longer-term planning.
