Candlewest Systems Group, a Canada-wide ERP consultancy and Microsoft reseller, had outgrown its homemade time-management system. Consultants struggled with restrictive time entry, managers lacked approval workflows, reporting was limited, and the system didn’t integrate with Microsoft Dynamics GP—forcing manual re-entry and hurting operational efficiency.
