Williams, operating out of Montana and managing nearly 1,700 construction assets across three companies, struggled to track heavy equipment attachments and small tools using whiteboards and Excel. After trying multiple programs, Williams partnered with Tenna to deploy Tenna’s asset-tracking platform to solve visibility and accountability gaps across vehicles, trailers and expensive specialty tools.

Tenna implemented an all-in-one solution—using OBD-II vehicle trackers, geofencing and Bluetooth beacons for small tools—to improve internal communication, location reporting and asset documentation. As a result Tenna helped Williams save $1,000/month versus their prior system, prevent recurring tool and part repurchases and losses, and deliver clearer data for better asset utilization and business decisions.
