R.J. Grondin & Sons, a Maine-based heavy civil site contractor with nearly 300 assets, needed a single platform to track small tools and equipment, improve purchasing decisions based on utilization, and receive maintenance alerts. Tenna implemented its integrated platform — including a live map view, utilization reporting, and a maintenance module — replacing multiple systems and their prior maintenance software. As a result, R.J. Grondin & Sons gained real-time visibility of assets, reduced time spent searching for equipment, ensured mechanics and dispatchers are sent to the correct job sites (preventing unnecessary fuel costs), and made better resource and purchasing decisions based on utilization data.
