Case Study: Palmer Paving achieves improved asset visibility and cost control with Tenna

A Tenna Case Study

Palmer Paving Improves Communication across the Field Teams

Palmer Paving, a Massachusetts-based heavy highway, paving and materials provider with more than five hundred assets across New England, struggled with poor visibility and communication between field crews and equipment managers. Relying on spreadsheets, tablet notes and manual lookbacks meant smaller assets were often left behind and larger equipment moved without management awareness, so Palmer Paving partnered with Tenna to replace manual tracking with a real‑time asset management solution (the Tenna platform and Tenna App).

Tenna consolidated Palmer Paving’s mixed fleet into one central system and rolled out the Tenna App with fast, effortless scanning to capture asset location, history and condition. As a result, Tenna improved billing accuracy and project cost control, saved time for lowbed drivers and equipment managers when logging dispatches and locating assets, increased visibility and accountability, and helped Palmer Paving better optimize and deploy its owned assets.
