A Tenna Case Study

Preview of the Mladen Buntich Construction Case Study

Mladen Buntich increased billing revenue from rental customers with accurate utilization

Mladen Buntich Construction, a 45‑year tunneling contractor in Los Angeles with a large fleet of cranes, excavators, loaders and rental equipment, struggled to track equipment location, hours and utilization across widespread sites and rental customers. To solve this they turned to Tenna and its equipment tracking and telematics platform to unify fleet visibility and streamline maintenance across OEMs.

Tenna implemented remote location and utilization tracking, integrated OEM telematics (Komatsu and John Deere), and automated maintenance reminders and reporting. As a result, Mladen Buntich Construction achieved more accurate hours and utilization data that increased billing revenue from rentals, saved time on maintenance and paperwork, reduced breakdowns and unnecessary purchases, and improved site and insurance visibility for their CFO — all delivered through Tenna.
