Environmental Products Group (EPG), an environmental services company operating since 2001 with over 100 rental units and client service contracts across the southern U.S., needed a single platform to track and maintain owned and client rental equipment, generate IFTA reports, and separately track chassis and body systems for distinct maintenance intervals. They turned to Tenna — using Tenna’s fleet and asset management platform (including Live Map View and IFTA reporting) — to meet those requirements.
Tenna consolidated chassis/body tracking and asset visibility into one system, added live map guidance for technicians, automated service alerts and IFTA reporting, and provided driver-score insights to improve safety. As a result, Tenna helped EPG reduce unnecessary service trips and “dead runs” (saving $500–$1,500 per service trip), increase uptime by catching issues early, eliminate days’ worth of diagnostic trips, and simplify fuel/tax reporting.
