Bloom Roofing, a Michigan commercial roofing company with a fleet of over 50 assets and a 40‑year track record, faced asset loss and poor visibility after a generator went missing while relying on pen‑and‑paper tracking and phone‑based maintenance. In August 2020 they partnered with Tenna to find a scalable asset management solution that would track trucks, tools and consumables and provide more accurate ETAs for customer sites.

Tenna deployed QR tags, Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) beacons, GPS telematics trackers and the Tenna App to enable scanning, geofencing, real‑time tracking and field maintenance requests.
