Tokyo Smart Games, a Tokyo-based mobile game publisher, struggled to scale paid user acquisition after relying on organic growth. Their small UA team spent about 20 hours per month pulling disparate data into Google Sheets and could not track ROAS for ad-revenue apps, so they needed an affordable solution to measure advertising performance and automate reporting — partnering with Tenjin (using the Reporting Metrics API).
