PSV Game Studio, a Cyprus-based mobile gaming company founded in 2014, works with 20+ studios and manages a portfolio of 250+ games. As they began self-publishing and scaling user acquisition across 100+ mobile apps, they needed a reliable way to measure performance, understand campaign ROI, and track the best-performing geos, campaigns, and publishers. They used Tenjin as their sole Mobile Measurement Partner (MMP) and main source of analytics data.
Using Tenjin’s dashboard and DataVault, PSV Game Studio built custom reports, accessed granular user-level data, and analyzed user behavior over 30, 90, and 120-day windows to optimize UA and monetization. Tenjin also enabled secure app-level access for different publishing partners, allowing each team to view only its own games. The result was a scalable reporting and measurement setup that helped PSV confidently manage growth across 100+ apps while tracking a key KPI of 56–57% Day 0 ROAS.
