A Tenjin Case Study
HyperBeard, Mexico City’s largest mobile game developer and publisher, faced difficulty measuring the financial impact of users moving between its portfolio of casual idle games. Relying on a limited MMP dashboard left gaps—especially after privacy changes that hid IDFA and age-gated data—and the team lacked in-house data engineering to visualize cross‑promo performance and identify UA opportunities beyond tier‑1 markets. To solve this, HyperBeard partnered with Tenjin and adopted Tenjin’s DataVault and Growth FullStack capabilities.
Tenjin implemented aggregate‑based LTV and Portfolio (cross‑promo) LTV analysis via DataVault and Growth FullStack, centralizing HyperBeard’s data and filling privacy-driven gaps so revenue could be extrapolated across all users. The Tenjin solution enabled clearer UA targeting, supported higher CPIs, and drove measurable gains—up to a 20% increase in ROAS and a 35% portfolio LTV uplift—helping HyperBeard scale growth with more confident decision‑making.
