Godzilab, a seven‑person globally distributed studio founded in 2010 and known for CRUSH THEM ALL and iBlast Moki, struggled to reconcile siloed data from multiple ad networks, analytics services, and third‑party attribution providers. In 2018 they engaged Tenjin to better measure ad revenue by source and scale user acquisition without adding SDK complexity.
Tenjin implemented its campaign bucketing and data‑syncing solution to combine attribution, ad revenue, cost, and analytics data in one place without an SDK or app update, delivering usable data within days. As a result, Godzilab doubled their UA spending while remaining ROI‑positive and regained time to focus on game development.
