NLC Loans Increases Conversion Rate by 57% Within 6 Months by Using Tenfold

NLC Loans, a Columbus, Ohio–based mortgage lender founded in 2003, was held back by slow, manual data entry (about 20 clicks per file), poor lead response times, and low outbound call volume that prevented reps from reaching a target of 175+ calls per day.
