How We Increased StorPlace's Occupancy to 95.6%

StorPlace Self Storage, a Nashville-area operator managing more than 10,000 self storage spaces across 18 properties, wanted to raise occupancy above 90% as the summer season approached. To help meet that goal, Tenant Inc. supported the company with its website platform and marketing services, including PPC.

Tenant Inc. responded with a “Combined Experience” strategy that grouped nearby facilities into six combined campaigns, set shared budgets, and optimized performance through ongoing monthly review with StorPlace. In the first three months, Tenant Inc. reduced campaign costs by $9,524.21 (32.7%) and cut cost per click by $3.57 (38.4%), while also increasing clicks by 9.2%, impressions by 15.08%, leads by 6.9%, and average occupancy by nearly 5% to 95.6%.
