CANCOM Counts on Tenable for Vulnerability and Exposure Management

CANCOM needed a more effective way to manage vulnerability and exposure risks across its growing, hybrid IT environment, including on-premises systems in its German data centers and future managed security services. The company wanted a solution that was intuitive, customizable, and easy to integrate with tools like ServiceNow, which led it to evaluate Tenable Networks and its vulnerability management platform.

Tenable Networks implemented Tenable Security Center, based on Nessus technology, to provide continuous, risk-based vulnerability assessment and automated processes across CANCOM’s environment. The result is better visibility into vulnerabilities and assets, improved prioritization of cyber risks, and less manual effort; CANCOM also plans to roll out the solution gradually and add it to its managed services portfolio, using Tenable Networks to simplify security while strengthening protection.
