The DCU Center, an indoor arena and convention complex in downtown Worcester, Massachusetts, needed its website to function as a true information and sales hub for patrons and event clients. Their existing site lacked styling, SEO, dynamic media integration and easy backend tools, making it hard for visitors to find calendars, event details, ticketing, directions and local information — and for staff to manage scheduled events. Ten24 Digital Solutions implemented a new content management system that automatically imports events from DCU Center’s event management software and gives staff creative control to create, schedule and manage single- and multi-day events, content pages and form inquiries. The new site is modern, responsive and mobile-friendly, with improved analytics and tracking, enhanced search, organized facility diagrams and galleries, and RFP/marketing inquiry capabilities — streamlining event management, reducing manual entry and delivering a clearer site structure and better user experience.
