GE, a global industry leader, wanted to strengthen employee engagement and development across its large hybrid workforce. To address this, GE partnered with Ten Thousand Coffees (10KC) to scale its mentorship program using smart-match pairings and automated reminders. The initiative quickly drove an 80% adoption rate and 79% engagement rate, improved employees’ perceptions of career growth, development support, belonging, and connection, and was associated with decreased attrition and positive platform NPS for Ten Thousand Coffees.
