JTL Solutions, a rapidly growing staffing and payroll company with more than 500 employees, was looking to simplify a three-part challenge by replacing three vendors with one. In 2013, it turned to Tempworks Software for a more unified approach to workforce management and payroll support.

Tempworks Software implemented mobile staffing software, WebCenter, HRCenter, and mobile tax credit screening to streamline JTL Solutions’ processes and improve access to real-time client and employee information. The results included a 12.28% drop in workers’ comp insurance rates since 2014 and an 8.3% reduction in 2016 alone, along with better reporting, centralized communication, and more time for JTL Solutions to focus on growth and safety programs.
