Riada, a provider of services for Atlassian products, faced a highly manual and slow invoicing process. The company needed to log, control, and sum up billable hours for over 100 customers each month. Though their consultants used Tempo Timesheets to report time in Jira, their finance process was not integrated, creating significant manual work and vulnerability for errors.
Tempo provided the solution through its open APIs. Riada used the Tempo APIs to build an integration between their systems, Insight and Fortnox. This allowed them to automate the entire invoicing process, pulling data directly from Timesheets. As a result, a task that previously took over a day to complete manually now takes less than five minutes, saving hours of work each month and ensuring accurate invoices.
