Tempo implemented its Timesheets solution, leveraging the powerful Tempo Accounts feature to organize all logged time. By integrating with ScriptRunner, Avisi customized the system to link accounts directly to Jira issues for each punch card, enabling precise tracking of hours used and remaining. This provided a single source of truth for their data. Combined with eazyBI for reporting, the solution gave Avisi clear insights into billable and non-billable time, allowing them to make informed business decisions and projections for future support needs.
